1. Introduction

Welcome to contractlane at contractlane.tech. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with contractlane, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

contractlane offers contract admin support for drafting coordination, tracking, and renewals. Our team manages project milestones, liaises with stakeholders, and ensures timely completion of renewal processes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Orders and Charges

When you place an order for services, info products, or goods, you agree to pay the charges specified at the time of purchase. All charges are due immediately and must be settled before service delivery or product shipment.

5. Refund Policy

We classify our offerings into three categories: services, info products, and goods. Refund terms vary by category as follows:

5.1 Services

For contract admin support services for drafting coordination, tracking, and renewals, we offer partial refunds under certain conditions. Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of service completion. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit toward future services. Transfers of service engagements are possible if you notify us at least 3 business days before the scheduled start date.

5.2 Info Products

Info products include digital downloads such as templates and guides. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the product content. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers of digital products are not available.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods are subject to a 30 calendar day refund period from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Service transfers do not apply to goods.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited or bespoke services are sold as final sale due to resource allocation and immediate staff assignment. These include on-demand support and last-minute coordination tasks. Because we commit specialized personnel and resources immediately upon order, these services are not eligible for refunds. We maintain quality by assigning skilled coordinators to each project.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software provided by contractlane remain our property. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive license to use the materials for your internal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, contractlane and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Bangkok.
